Lee & Associates Maryland, a fully-integrated commercial real estate brokerage and management firm has announced the transition of Aubrey Hopkins, Associate in the Retail Brokerage Division to the Industrial/Warehouse Brokerage Division. Ms. Hopkins, who has worked for Lee & Associates for the past two years, brings more than fifteen years of management and business experience to this new position. Michael Carmen was also recently added to this Division as an Associate.

In her new role, Ms. Hopkins will assist with the identification of companies seeking new or expanded flex/office, warehouse and industrial space throughout the Baltimore-Washington, D.C. corridor. This includes performing research on local companies expanding or relocating into the area, cold-calling existing businesses, establishing relationships with commercial real estate brokerage professionals and development companies and assisting with negotiations for new leases and renewals. She will also be involved in the sale of industrial and warehouse properties.
