Hord Coplan Macht is pleased to announce the hiring of Ashish Khemchandani, LEED Green Associate, as Sustainability Specialist based in the Baltimore, MD office. The addition of Khemchandani underscores the firm’s growing commitment to sustainable design practices.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Master of Environmental Building Design program and Sardar Patel University’s Bachelor of Architecture program, Khemchandani brings a breadth of skills and experience to his new position.
“In addition to an architectural background, Ashish brings skills to perform Building Performance analytics, and explore, quantify and optimize environmental performance related parameters to design such as day-lighting, surface radiation, thermal comfort, whole building energy, intelligent shading and natural ventilation,” said Director of Sustainability Lisa Ferretto, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, GGP, “we are very excited to have Ashish join us to help move sustainability forward across all our studios and offices!”
