Rick Woodcock
DataLink Interactive, a leading IT Solutions provider in Millersville, Maryland, is pleased to announce that Rick Woodcock has joined the company as its new Business Solutions Consultant.
“Rick brings 20+ years of business, technical and leadership experience to DataLink, in addition to strong strategic, operational and management skills,” noted Mylon Staton, President & CEO of DataLink.
Rick provides overall client strategic direction and consulting on business technology solutions and leads his clients' technology delivery and service teams. He also acts as a Virtual CTO/CIO to help guide his clients through IT decisions and provide them with customized technology road maps.
Rick’s background includes several roles at NASA, including Range Facilities and Information System Branch Chief, IT Service Delivery, Cal Tec/JPL trained instructor, and support of the early Space Shuttle program, as well as Healthcare, Government, Aerospace, and nonprofit leadership positions.
Prior to joining DataLink, Rick was a Technology Advisor at Cambridge Federal in Cambridge, Maryland, where he provided logistic and strategic direction, while developing new revenue streams through technology innovation, consulting, and government contracts.
Among other achievements, Rick, a service connected disabled veteran, spent 11 years as Chief Technology Officer at the US Naval Institute in Annapolis, where he drove logistic and strategic direction, while maintaining transparent Service Delivery to end users.
