Brokers bring long track record of success and experience in the region
JLL announces the hire of three dynamic professionals to join its Suburban Maryland team. Steve Silverberg and Jim Cahill join as Senior Vice Presidents, and Alden Stabb will join as a Senior Associate. Cahill and Stabb will work as a part of JLL’s office agency leasing business while Silverberg joins the firm’s office tenant representation group. They will be all based in the firm’s Bethesda, Maryland office.

Silverberg previously served as a First Vice President at a global commercial real estate provider where he has represented some of the region’s top companies in a variety of industries, in addition to his work with a number of well-known professional services firms. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and MBA from University of Maryland.
Cahill also joins JLL after having previously served as a Senior Vice President at a global commercial real estate provider. Drawing on his background in finance combined with his extensive market knowledge, he has successfully handled over 700 office lease transactions. Cahill holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from the Pennsylvania State University.
Stabb, who has worked closely with Silverberg and Cahill for the last four years,is a widely regarded rising star in commercial real estate. He will continue to build on the strong industry relationships he has forged in the Washington, DC Metropolitan region. Stabb graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and international business.
