Matt Van Itallie is the Baltimore-based CEO and founder of Sema Lab. Sema is focused on transforming software maintenance by using code to fix code. Matt is a former McKinsey consultant and Vista Equity Partners portfolio company executive who has also led transformations of urban school systems. He founded Sema to address the organizational cost, pain, and risk of software maintenance.
