The Ravens have re-signed defensive end Brent Urban to a new one-year deal, their first signing of a player who was set to hit free agency next week.
Urban appeared poised for a breakout year last season, his first as a starter, but he was lost for the season after suffering a foot injury against the Jacksonville Jaguars in London during Week 3.
"Beyond thankful to be given the opportunity to do what I love with the organization that gave me my start," Urban wrote on his Twitter account. "2018 is going to be so real."
