Hord Coplan Macht is proud to announce that our Anthology DC project, designed for Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, was awarded the grand prize in the “Best Mid-Rise Apartment Community” category from the National Association of Home Builders Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards. The project was also named a finalist in the Best Mixed-Use Community category.
Located between two existing office buildings on trendy ‘H’ Street Northeast in Washington, DC, Anthology is a mixed-use infill project featuring market-rate apartments over street front retail in a combination of high-rise concrete and wood frame construction. Carefully designed to reflect the experience of the surrounding neighborhood context, Anthology’s street level has a coffee shop, specialty shops, and a pet store. Below-ground structured parking is provided. Anthology also features a rooftop pool with views to the U.S. Capitol and the Washington Monument.
