The Mullan Contracting Company Wins Contract For Renovation Of Athletic Stadium At St. Paul’s School

The Mullan Contracting Company has been selected by St. Paul’s School in Brooklandville, Maryland to complete a comprehensive renovation and addition program on the school’s on-site athletic stadium. Since 1952, the educational institution which serves students from kindergarten through twelfth grade, has been located in the Green Spring Valley Historic District in Baltimore County. St. Paul’s School is co-educational through fourth grade but all-male from fifth through twelfth grade, in conjunction with its sister school, St. Paul’s School for Girls.

The scope of the project involving Tullai Field involves the new construction of the bleacher section that will result in the inclusion of 1,116 seats, as well as a new 418 square foot skybox. Separate home and visiting team meeting and locker rooms will be added to both the northern and southern ends of the stadium, which will include storage facilities.

Ratcliffe Architects is providing architectural services for the project that is expected to be complete this spring.
