Kramon & Graham, a leading law firm providing litigation, real estate, and transactional services, announced today that litigation attorney Catherine M. Manofsky has been selected by The Daily Record as one of Maryland's Leading Women.

Created in 2010, the Leading Women Award honors women who are 40 years of age or younger for their professional experience and community service. Ms. Manofsky and other Leading Women award recipients will be recognized for their accomplishments at a reception in Annapolis on December 4, 2017.

A principal of the firm, Ms. Manofsky's law practice focuses on matters involving contract and shareholder disputes, allegations of professional malpractice in the legal and health care industries, and state appellate court issues.

"Cathy is a powerful advocate and works on every matter with determination and rigor. In addition to raising a young family, Ms. Manofsky is deeply committed to her community. Since 2013, she has served on the board of Anne Arundel County Court Appointed Special Advocates. She is a member of the Executive Parent Teacher Organization Board at Davidsonville Elementary School, and is a troop leader for the Girl Scouts of Central Maryland.

Within the legal community, Ms. Manofsky is an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association and has served on its Ethics Committee since 2013.

Ms. Manofsky is the third Kramon & Graham attorney to be honored with the Leading Women recognition. She joins trial attorney Amy Askewwho received the award in 2010, and real estate lawyer Erin Guiffre who was selected for the award in 2016.
