City of Olmsted Falls (Ohio) to Implement ConstituentON Web-based Solution

ConstituentON™ Software, a Maryland based company and the city of Olmsted Falls, Ohio, today announced an agreement to implement that company’s constituent-based, full-service Web software platform, ConstituentON™ Back Office.

In announcing the agreement, Olmsted Falls Mayor, Ann Marie Donegan said, “There is no greater responsibility for elected officials than providing their constituents the highest level of service and communications. Our constituents want to know their concerns are being heard and their requests are being addressed in a timely and efficient manner. It was with our constituents in mind that the City of Olmsted Falls has reached this agreement with ConstituentON™ Software.”

Mayor Donegan went on to express the benefits of having a comprehensive software program for OlmstedFalls constituents.

“This new software will afford me, our council members, departments and our staffs the capability to efficiently and effectively manage each and every communication with our constituents, whether by phone, text or a personal visit to city hall, It will guarantee that 100% of the interactions with our constituents is managed and resolved in a timely manner, as well as keep a permanent record of that interaction. Our constituents deserve and should expect no less from their elected officials,” said Donegan

President/CEO of ConstituentON Software, Herb Sweren further noted the agreement stating, “From my first meeting with the Mayor and her team, it was obvious that they have a deep commitment to effectively serving their constituents. I look forward to working with the Mayor, the Council members and their staff to implement ConstituentON™ Back Office.”

The new software will be available to the City of Olmsted Falls, a suburb of Cleveland, starting in November, 2017.

ConstituentON Software is located in Baltimore, Maryland and was established in 2010. They are currently working in six states with plans to expand their brand nationally in 2017-2018.
