Week 7 got off to a strong start -- unless you were a defense -- as the Oakland Raiders beat the Kansas City Chiefs, 31-30, on the last play of the game on "Thursday Night Football." Oakland wide receiver Amari Cooper returned to prominence, recording two touchdowns and 210 yards receiving. Quarterbacks Derek Carr and Alex Smith were terrific, and all the stars were fantasy relevant.
