Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said the team will do its best to treat this week like any other week as the Ravens prepare to travel to London and face the Jacksonville Jaguars at Wembley Stadium Sept. 24, and he expressed little concern over the spate of terrorist attacks in London this year.
The team will practice at its Under Armour Performance Center in Owings Mills, Md., on Wednesday and Thursday as usual, then will fly to London overnight, arriving Friday morning. The Ravens are scheduled to practice at the Hazelwood rugby facility on Friday, a site that has been used by past NFL teams playing in London, and then will return to Baltimore immediately after the game.
The NFL has some promotional events planned as part of its London Series, but Harbaugh said he does not expect to have much time for sightseeing.
