Fantasy Baseball Risers, Fallers: First Half Of 2017

The MLB All-Star break is upon us, and it's time for fantasy owners to take a step back and reassess where they are. It would be a good idea to take a look at all the teams in your league and see if you can find a trade partner to get a player who will help you for the next couple of months.

If you participate in a keeper or dynasty league, maybe you have to start thinking about next year and begin to unload talent in order to receive players who can help in future years. It's always a difficult decision to know when is the right time to make a trade, but this is as good as of a week as any to really start focusing on how to attack the rest of the season.

For this week, we will look at surprising hitters and pitchers and then disappointing hitters and pitchers through the first half of the season. Up first, the hitters.
