After not pitching since June 6 with a strained right shoulder, sidearmer Darren O’Day has been activated, and it’s been hard for him to watch.
Since he last pitched, the Orioles have cratered, losing 11 of 16.
“It’s tough because you want to help. These are guys I’ve been working with, a lot of them I’ve been working with for years and years,” O’Day said. “To see them go out there and struggle is tough.”
