What Will The Orioles Do At Shortstop Without J.J. Hardy?

J.J. Hardy's broken bone in his right wrist has sent the Orioles shortstop to the 10-day disabled list. Hardy says he'll rest to let the bone heal for four-to-six weeks and then be able to begin baseball activities.

Hardy was hit by a pitch by St. Louis Cardinals right-hander Lance Lynn in the fourth inning June 18. He left the game in the sixth inning.

"I didn't know that it would be broken," Hardy said. "It was definitely sore, and it hurt, but I didn't know that it would be broken."
