The University of Maryland men's basketball team is on the move in both the USA Today Coaches Poll and the AP poll, released Jan. 23.
In the AP Top 25, the Terps climbed three spots to No. 22, and in the Coaches Poll, Maryland jumped up two spots to No. 23.
Villanova (19-1) and Kansas (18-1) command the top two spots in both polls, with Villanova coming in at No. 1 in the AP Top 25 and Kansas taking the top spot in the Coaches Poll.
Maryland is now 17-2 on the season, with a 5-1 record in Big Ten play. The Terps defeated Iowa, 84-76, Jan. 19 for their fourth straight win
