Rahman is a leader in healthcare strategy, analytics, business development and technology solutions, with a strong focus on population health, payment reform, accountable care organizations (ACOs), Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) initiatives, Medicare, Medicaid and managed care.

Before joining xG Health, Rahman served as Vice President, Healthcare, for Salient Corporation, where he led growth, strategic alliances, and product strategy for population health-focused analytics solutions in both Medicaid and Medicare, focusing on value based programs. Prior to Salient, he advised senior executives at Fortune 500 companies on solving key strategic, organizational, and operational challenges while at both the Everest Group and the Corporate Executive Board. Rahman earned his MBA in Finance from Canisius College, an MA in Neuroscience from the University at Buffalo, and a BS in Biology from Canisius College.
