It was a day for rather strange occurrences, such as an indoor, jersey-less and padless walk-through practice on a sunny day, an extra day for media to gather whatever tidbits it would need for the week to come and receiver Steve Smith Sr. wearing a Yoda-themed onesie with slippers at the media podium.
And -- in true fulfillment of the word "bonus" -- the day also featured an extended chat with New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, whose team will be hosting the Ravens Dec. 12.
As most football fans and observers are aware, Belichick is usually not the chattiest or most accommodating when it comes to his media sessions.
