Here are my power rankings for Week 11 of the NFL season.
1. Dallas Cowboys (8-1 overall record, No. 2 ranking last week)
Let's just have some fun with this. Say the Cowboys don't win the Super Bowl this year. They try to dangle quarterback Tony Romo on the trade market, but his contract and age make the trade market murky. The Cowboys don't want to release him, because he counts for $19.6 million against the cap. If you're Romo, do you offer to restructure and come back as Dak Prescott's backup? Or do you take your chance on the open market, where you could be signed by the 49ers or Browns? Remember, you'll be 37 next season, and your body is just kind of barely being held together at this point.
I don't know the answer. I just ask the questions.
