The Ravens are coming off a huge win against their top rival Pittsburgh Steelers. The question for the Ravens is: can you truly take advantage of momentum in the NFL when you only have four days to prepare your squad? On the Browns' side, the question is quite obviously: can a 0-9 team really care much about anything? The Browns are minus-10.5 points in this game and have given up 273 points through their first nine games. That line sounds about right, even given the fact the Ravens fell behind this same team in Week Two, 20-0, before coming back to win 25-20. The Ravens' defense will again come up big at M&T Bank Stadium.
