The Hereford volleyball program has been surging in recent seasons.
The Bulls have become one of Baltimore County's finest, winning at least 14 games in each season since 2013. Hereford has also gotten it done in the postseason, winning every Maryland Public Secondary School Athletics Association 2A North regional title during that span. In fact, the Bulls have dropped just one set in regional play since 2013.
For all the team's success locally though, Hereford has struggled to make an impact once getting out of the region. In each of the past three seasons, Hereford's season has ended in the state tournament semifinal round.
