Before joining Revere, McCarthy worked for a large regional bank as vice president, where he procured multimillion dollar loans for commercial real estate clients. McCarthy is a graduate of Lehigh University and is currently attending the University of Pennsylvania ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He founded the Mastermind Networking Group and is also a member of the Catholic Business Network and the Real Estate Group. He serves on the Board of the Gonzaga Business Network and is the Chair of the Sibley Hospital Young Professional Board Fundraising Committee.
