The Baltimore Ravens released running back Justin Forsett Oct. 4, according to reports.
After rushing for just 98 yards and no touchdowns during the Ravens' first three games, Forsett was a healthy scratch during Baltimore's Week Four matchup against the Oakland Raiders. During the game, Terrance West, taking over the role as the starting back, rushed for 113 yards and a touchdown.
After his release, Forsett tweeted, "Baltimore will always have a special place in my heart. Love y'all & thank u for the amazing support over the years."
