Greysteel Arranges The Sale Of The Cliveden Apartments In Philadelphia, PA For $2.9 Million

Greysteel, a national commercial real estate investment services firm, has arranged the sale of the Cliveden Apartments, a multifamily property in Philadelphia’s Mount Airy neighborhood, to a private local owner on behalf of Wexford Property Management for $2.9 million.

This transaction was arranged by Greysteel Co-Founder, Ari Firoozabadi; and Senior Investment Associate, Caleb Brown; who are based in the Company’s Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia, PA offices, respectively.

The property, located at 45 – 49 East Cliveden Street, was constructed in 1925 and totals 40 units. Property amenities include laundry facilities and elevator service with most units featuring hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and updated kitchens and bathrooms. Situated in the Mount Airy neighborhood of Northwest Philadelphia, residents enjoy direct transit access to Philadelphia’s Center City and University City via the Chestnut Hill West and East Regional rail lines.
