It's no secret the Ravens' running game has gotten off to a slow, inconsistent start this year.
Averaging 3.1 yards per carry and 81.5 yards per game through two weeks, the latter figure would rank as the lowest weekly average in Ravens history if the season ended today.
It would also mark the second time during the past four seasons Baltimore would have averaged less than 100 rushing yards per game for an entire season.
But if there is any glimmer of hope, it's that the season isn't finished. There are still 14 games to be played, which is more than enough time to correct a problem to which the team's offensive leader admits.
