Both retailers choose shopping center for first location in Maryland region
PAE Professional Services, Inc. has signed a lease with Hill Management Services, Inc. for more than 5000 square feet of space within Pikesville Shopping Center. The Arlington, Virginia-based company supports the execution of missions by the United States Government by providing global logistics and stability operations. Ashley Zito of Hill Management Services represented the landlord in this transaction.
Pikesville Shopping Center, positioned at the intersection of Reisterstown Road and McHenry Avenue in Pikesville, is anchored by Staples and features tenants including Dollar City, the United States Post Office and Curves. It is located less than two miles from the Baltimore Beltway (Interstate 695).
