The Chevy Chase Land Company is pleased to announce that WeddingWire, the leading global online marketplace serving the $200+ billion wedding, corporate and social events industry, has completed a new lease for 68,000 square feet at Two Wisconsin Circle. The 235,000 square foot LEED-certified Class A office building is owned by a joint venture of The Chevy Chase Land Company and Northwestern Mutual and is located atop the Friendship Heights Metro station in Chevy Chase, Maryland.

Because of its international expansion and continued success connecting engaged couples and event professionals, WeddingWire has rapidly outgrown the 49,000 square feet of office space it has been occupying as a sub-tenant in Two Wisconsin Circle since 2014. After an extensive search throughout the Washington Metropolitan area, WeddingWire elected to expand and take an additional floor at Two Wisconsin Circle and assume prime tenancy on two existing floors of sublet space.
Two Wisconsin Circle is located in the heart of the Friendship Heights shopping district, on the border between Washington, D.C. and Montgomery County, Maryland. Its other tenants include Metro Offices, the Institute for Asthma and Allergy and Eye Doctors of Washington. With the completion of the WeddingWire lease, Two Wisconsin Circle is now 96% leased.
