Savitt Partners Arranges Relocation Lease for Alan Couture Tailoring
In a transaction arranged by Harrison Katzman, Marc Schoen and Brian Neugeboren of THE SCHOEN GROUP at Savitt Partners,prominent custom men’s tailor Alan Katzman of Alan Couture has inked a 3,235-square-foot lease at 41 West 57th Street. The iconic men’s clothier will relocate and nearly double hisoperations from the 1,800 square feet of space he currently occupies. In addition to the exceptional presence the building provides on Midtown’s 57th Street, Alan Katzman will also be able to house his recently launched, Harrison James Agency in the space. The new agency, which Alan Katzman founded with his son, Max Katzman, represents some of the world’s finest Italian luxury menswear brands including Cruciani, Ferrante, Orazio Luciano, E. Formicola and Stefano Bemer, to name a few.
Widely recognized as the personal tailor to many icons in the business and sports world, Alan Couture produces custom-made clothing from some of the finest luxury fabrics in the world. The clothier plans to relocate its operations currently situated at 47 West 57th Street to the entire fifth floor of 41 West 57th Street, a boutique office property owned by AsumanPolat – Asuman 57th Street LLC. The ownership was represented by the CBRE Group real estate team of Derrick Ades and Jared London in the 15-year lease transaction.
