Federal Capital Partners^® (FCP) welcomes Sarah Hubbard and Kevin Curry to the company.

Sarah Hubbard joins FCP as VP of Commercial Asset Management. Prior to FCP, Hubbard served as Leasing Manager with Skanska USA Commercial Development on key projects in the Washington, DC area. Prior to that, she worked as an AVP and Development Manager at Lowe Enterprises, and in Business Development and Marketing roles for both Cushman & Wakefield and Spaulding & Slye Colliers. Hubbard has dual undergraduate degrees in Architecture and Marketing/Finance from Virginia Tech.

Kevin Curry joins FCP as Senior Associate/Tax Director, responsible for tax compliance, tax planning and accounting for income taxes for FCP and the private equity real estate funds managed by FCP. Prior to joining FCP, Curry served as a Manager at The Carlyle Group, where he oversaw Carlyle's publicly traded partnership and other firm related tax matters. Prior to joining The Carlyle Group, Curry was a Manager with Ernst & Young LLP, working with real estate and private equity clients. Curry is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated with a BBA and MS in Accounting from James Madison University.
