Developers of the $140 million Foundry Row retail center in Owings Mills will reach a milestone in less than a week with the opening of the project’s anchor, Wegmans grocery store and pharmacy.
September 18 is the grand opening date for the Wegmans store at 10100 Reisterstown Road. The 130,000-square-foot branch will be Wegmans’ fourth in the Baltimore area, after stores in Bel Air, Columbia and Hunt Valley.
The 50-acre Foundry Row development is led by Greenberg Gibbons and Vanguard Retail Property Development. Other businesses opening in the center include DSW (Designer Shoe Warehouse), Old Navy, LA Fitness, Ulta Beauty, Bar Louie, Nalley Fresh, SmashBurger, La-Z-Boy and LifeBridge Health.
