Transwestern Brokers Transaction on Behalf of Building Owner
Transwestern today announces Keller Williams Preferred Properties signed a 15,263-square-foot flex lease at 1441 McCormick Drive, part of Inglewood Business Center in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Transwestern Senior Vice President Brian Watts, Vice President Jeff Groves and Senior Associate Jason Sullivan represented the building owner, 3510 LLC, in the transaction. Lorenzo Wooten Jr., managing director with KW Commercial, represented the tenant.

The property provides easy access to Interstate 95 and proximity to hotels and multiple retail amenities at The Capital Centre.
This represents the third transaction Watts, Groves and Sullivan have completed at Inglewood Business Center in third-quarter 2016 for a combined total of 30,500 square feet.
