Apparently, the fan angst and apprehension over the release of Justin Forsett amused the veteran running back, based on his Twitter reaction.
On Sept. 3, when all NFL teams had to make moves to get their Week One active rosters down to 53 players, Forsett eschewed the usual "Thank you for my time here" tweet by instead transmitting, "The plot thickens."
As the weekend progressed, Forsett again weighed in with statements such as "I'm learning so much on Twitter lol" and "When I make a move I'll let you know #StayTuned."
Forsett was able to be laid-back about the situation for it is he, and not the fans, who has played for five NFL teams in eight years since he entered the league as a Seattle Seahawks' seventh-round draft pick.
