Should Baltimore Sports Fans Be Critical Of Colin Kaepernick?

Oh man, I just know I'm going to regret wading into these waters.

Sure, the internet doesn't really need another Colin Kaepernick take right now. Which is exactly why I'm going to shove my stupid face right into the fray.

Every corner of the country seems to have weighed in on the San Francisco 49ers quarterback's decision to sit down during our national anthem this preseason. You know the drill. Kaepernick says he's doing it as a protest of the oppression African-Americans face in this country. He says he won't stop until there's change.

I can't speak to the oppression African-Americans face in this country. As you may know, I'm not African-American. In fact, I'm about as white as they come. I don't think it's a make believe concept either. I have no more opinions on this subject that I'll choose to share here. If you're looking for them, meet me at the corner of "three beers into my Saturday" and "someone talking obnoxiously about this to the point that I can't take it anymore."
