H&R Retail announced that it represented Hobby Lobby in a 57,497-square-foot lease for a new store at Laurel Glen Shopping Center, 45315 Alton Lane in California, Maryland.
David Ward and Ben Hoskins with H&R Retail represented Hobby Lobby in the transaction, along with co-broker The Keith Corporation. The property owner is Shanri Holdings Corporation.
The new Hobby Lobby store is slated to open in early 2017.
According to Mr. Ward, H&R Retail principal, “We are pleased to have completed this transaction on behalf of Hobby Lobby. Hobby Lobby is one of our long-term, valued clients and this location in St. Mary’s County is perfect for a new store.”
With the new location, Hobby Lobby will have eight stores in the Washington/Baltimore region.
