NAI KLNB Brokers Sale Of 7855 Rappahannock Avenue In Jessup, Maryland For $5.63 Million To Mia’s Beauty Supply

NAI KLNB has brokered the sale of 7855 Rappahannock Avenue, a 136,440 square foot multi-tenant warehouse building located in the Jessup section of Howard County to one of the existing tenants, Mia’s Beauty Supply, for $5.63 million. Brad Berzins, Principal with NAI KLNB and Allan Riorda, Lee & Associates represented the former owner, and Mike Roden of CBRE represented the buyer in this transaction.

Located within the Maryland Wholesale Food Center near the intersection of US Route 1 and MD Route 175, the building is occupied by Mia’s Beauty Supply and Upper Crust Bakery.The property features 37,000 square feet of freezer space, 22,000 square feet of cooler space and 10,000 square feet of office space. It is situated on approximately six acres of land and is equipped with ceiling heights ranging from twenty to twenty-six feet.

“This building ideally suits the warehousing needs of the buyer, given its high ceiling heights, expansive space and prime position within the Baltimore-Washington corridor,”stated Brad Berzins of NAI KLNB.
