8/9/16

Rene Funes; Michael Koerner, IHOP Area Manager; Cassoundra Taylor; Micky Koerner, IHOP Franchise Owner; William Hernandez, General Manager; Ken Bernstein, David. S. Brown Enterprises; John Wilson, Director of Operations; Gary Pierce, IHOP Consultant and Melanie Savage, 1st Assistant Manager participate in the International House of Pancakes store opening within Boulevard College Center in Owings Mills.

“This site provides direct access to Stevenson University and the Owings Mills business community, and roadside visibility from Owings Mills Boulevard," explained Ken Bernstein of David S. Brown Enterprises. "As Reisterstown Road in this section of Owings Mills continues to become clogged, restaurants and retailers are looking for alternative sites that provide the same strong demographics.”

Boulevard College Center is a mixed-use development fronting that contains Class “A” office space, ground floor retail shops and free-standing buildings housing fast-casual and sit-down restaurants.

The International House of Pancakes owns and operates nearly 1700 locations throughout the United States and Canada and is recognized for its diverse breakfast menu including egg varieties and omelettes, French toast and waffles. IHOP also offers a complete luncheon and dinner menu.
