The U.S. Small Business Administration’s new Mentor-Protégé Program will go into effect on August 24, 2016. The program is designed to assist small businesses in successfully competing for government contracts. This will be accomplished through approved mentors that provide business development assistance to 8(a) Program Participants in order to enhance their capabilities to meet their business goals.
