The property consists of a 44,000 square-foot flex building on 3.79 acres of TOD zoned land, immediately adjacent to the Dorsey MARC Station. The purchase price was $3.8 million ($86.36/PSF). The seller is Dorsey 6845 Limited Partnership and the buyer is Mosaic Christian Church. Mosaic plans to renovate and occupy the building.
This marks the 7th sales transaction for Jordan in 9 months and the 4th sales transaction for Welsh in 5 months. The other properties included: a rare M2 lot in Jessup located at 10412 Guilford Road in July, a historic office building located at 8355 Court Avenue in Ellicott City in June; two flex condominiums located at 8229 Cloverleaf Drive, in Millersville in March; 1720 Belmont Avenue, in Windsor Mill in January; and 8262 Lokus Road, in Odenton this past November. All buyers were users who planned to occupy the premises.
