Brandon Freel
Caves Valley Partners (CVP), a Baltimore area real estate development company, announces that Brandon Freel has been promoted to the position of principal.
Most recently, Freel was the director of development at Caves Valley Partners. In this position, he oversaw all real estate development activities, including project conceptualization, planning, design, permitting, construction, market and financial analysis, and leasing. As principal, he will continue to lead development projects, while also taking part in firm strategy and planning efforts as part of the senior leadership team. With over 20 years of experience in real estate and construction, Freel was responsible for real estate acquisitions and development at Stewart Properties prior to joining CVP. He has also worked at First Industrial Realty Trust, A&R Development, and acquired 10 years of commercial contracting experience with several general contracting firms.
Freel is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He earned his bachelor of science in civil engineering from Virginia Military Institute and his MBA and Master of Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.
