Transwestern today announces it represented Floranation LLC in a 57,832-square-foot industrial lease at 3636 Pennsy Dr. in Landover, Maryland. Transwestern Senior Associate Jason Sullivan, Vice President Jeff Groves and Senior Vice President Brian Watts represented Floranation, which grows and imports fresh-cut flowers and produce from partner farms throughout South America, Europe and Mexico.
“This new location provides a more efficient warehouse space for Floranation while still providing easy access to its customer base in Washington, D.C.,” said Sullivan. “The landlord, Invesco, will also build out approximately 6,000 square feet of office space for Floranation in this new property.”
Lincoln Property Group’s Brent Possner and Merrill Turnbull represented the building owner, Invesco, in the transaction.
