Ravens Training Camp, Day 3: Pads On, Intensity Up

The Ravens' traditional Day Three full-pad debut may not have featured live hitting, but it did include additional intensity July 30.

"The biggest (area where you can tell) is the running game," defensive coordinator Dean Pees said. "We practice it in (organized team activities), and you always have to be alert.

"… You don't want to get too excited about it, and you don't want to get too pessimistic about it."

As was the case on the camp's opening day, practice was conducted on Field No. 3, the farthest from the building and the one most affected by heat and humidity.
