BALTIMORE,MD (July28, 2016) – KLNB, LLC, the regional commercial real estate services firm that includes NAI KLNB and KLNB Retail, has selected Stan Meros as Director of Business Development for Paragon Commercial Property Management, the company’s third-party property management division. Meros brings more than forty years of diversified commercial real estate experience to this new position including seventeen as Senior Vice President, Property Management for St. John Properties, Inc.

In his new role, Mr. Meros will leverage his long-term relationships within the Baltimore-Washington, D.C. business community to create property management opportunities among development companies; institutional and private investors; and owners and end-users of commercial office, manufacturing, warehouse, industrial and retail properties. He will also work to strengthen relationships with Paragon Commercial Property Management’s existing third-party portfolio of more than 125 properties comprising more than five million square feet of space.

From 1986 through 1996, Mr. Meros functioned as President of KLNB Management Services, a third-party fee management company that he helped form and expand to oversee property management activities for approximately seven million square feet of space. When leading the in-house property management function at St. John Properties, he oversaw activities for nearly eleven million square feet of space in the Baltimore-Washington marketplace.
