Any player who attended more than 80 percent of the team's offseason workouts does not have to take the dreaded conditioning test.
That includes quarterback Joe Flacco, who broke into a wide grin upon relating that rule during his first media session of the summer.
Flacco was his usual calm self as he related how he approached his truncated 2015 campaign as well as his rehabilitation, which culminated in his throwing to some of his teammates on three recent occasions.
"I'd better not be thinking about [the injury]," Flacco said. "… It feels really great, the first day out here."
