Orioles Get No Respect With 'Bullpen Of The Week' Award

A one-week break in Cooperstown, N.Y., for the Hall of Fame induction ceremonies (more on that for next month's print issue) is always the perfect way to gear up for the last two months of baseball season. But before we move on to the "rant of the week," here's a quick quiz guaranteed to stump all but the most astute historians (and perhaps them as well):

Which team has the most players (ranked by number of games played) enshrined in the Hall of Fame? If you get it before reading the answer at the end of the column ... you must've cheated!

Now on to the rant.

While waiting to see how many cookies the Chicago Cubs would finally take out of their minor league cupboard to close the deal for Yankees closer Aroldis Chapman, I stumbled across a note that said the Yankees won MLB's "Bullpen of the Week" award for the third time this season.
