Beatty Development Group Adds Ceremony Coffee Roasters To Portfolio Of Tenants Opening At Harbor Point

7/25/16

Another exciting retailer is set to open in Harbor Point as Beatty Development Group today announced that Ceremony Coffee Roasters has leased space at the Exelon Building, located at 1310 Point Street. With an expected opening before the end of 2016, Ceremony is the fourth tenant to be added to the Exelon Building, joining previously announced West Elm, CorePower Yoga and honeygrow. Located between Harbor East and historic Fells Point, Harbor Point is gaining momentum as a leading development showcasing Baltimore’s urban renaissance.

Ceremony Coffee Roasters will lease 1,950 square feet of space on Point Street, looking out over Harbor Point’s Central Plaza. The Annapolis, Maryland-based coffee roaster sources seasonal coffees from all over the world then roasts and brews them in ways that highlight the distinct characteristics of each coffee. With a full offering of espresso drinks, signature coffee cocktails, and whole bean coffees for home brewing, Ceremony “strives to deliver the cup of coffee that changes someone’s life.”

“The addition of local favorite Ceremony Coffee is a huge win for the growing Harbor Point neighborhood,” said Michael Beatty, President of Beatty Development Group. “We look forward to adding more retailers that can provide customers with unique and memorable experiences in the months ahead.”
