By comparison, the O's didn't have a single game in the entire month of June in which they scored two runs or fewer.
The Orioles reached their nadir when they were blanked by the Yankees July 20, their fourth shutout of the season and their first since May 17. During the game, the O's went 1-for-9 with runners in scoring position and are now 3-for-33 (.091) in such situations since the All-Star break.
