Pessin Katz Law is pleased to announce that Attorney David Burkhouse, has been elected to Member.

David Burkhouse (PK Law Labor and Education Group) graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland in 2003.  Prior to entering law school he served in the United States Army as an Airborne Ranger and an Infantry Reconnaissance Team Leader.  He received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2007 and prior to joining the firm, served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Dennis M. Sweeney and the Honorable Timothy J. McCrone in the Circuit Court for Howard County.  David’s practice includes labor and employment litigation, education law, appellate law, business litigation and construction litigation.  David was a Fellow in the Maryland State Bar Association’s Leadership Academy prior to beginning his path up the leadership track of the Howard County Bar Association.  He served as President of the Howard County Bar Association in 2013.  David is also an adjunct professor of school law at McDaniel College.
