Fantasy Baseball 2016 First-Half Recap: Risers And Fallers

The Major League Baseball All-Star break is here, and it's time for fantasy baseball owners to take a step back and reassess where they are. It would be a good idea to take a look at all the teams in your league and see if you can find a trade partner to get a player that will help you for the next couple of months.

If you participate in a keeper or dynasty league, maybe you have to start thinking about next year and begin to unload talent in order to receive players that can help in future years. It's always a difficult decision to know when it's the right time to make a trade, but this is as good of a week as any to really start focusing on how to attack the rest of the season.

For this week, I will look at the hitters and pitchers who have surprised or disappointed through the first half of the season. Up first are the hitters.
