One of the tallest draft picks in Ravens history has now left a gaping hole in the team's roster.
Six-foot-6 Darren Waller, who was in the process of converting to tight end during the current offseason, will miss the first four games of the upcoming NFL season due to a violation of the substance abuse policy.
Waller, a 2015 sixth-round draft pick, becomes the second player on the roster to incur a suspension following tight end Nick Boyle, who will miss the first 10 games.
Waller, a Georgia Tech product, flourished despite playing in a run-first, triple-option attack with the Yellow Jackets, but he was suspended twice for testing positive for marijuana.
