Going away for camp is still a traditional way for children to spend their summer.
But for those who grow up to be NFL players, it's not so fashionable anymore.
More than half of the NFL's 32 teams are hosting their summer training camp at their own in-house practice facilities, according to the camp-opening schedule released by the league.
For the sixth straight year, those squads include the Baltimore Ravens, whose veterans report to the Under Armour Performance Center in Owings Mills, Md., July 27, with full-team practices beginning the following day. Rookies, quarterbacks and injured veterans are set to debut earlier that week.
